Who Do We Serve?

Are you tired of working as an associate for someone else and desire to acquire your own practice but need help with the acquisition process?
We can help you locate a practice that meets your criteria, perform due diligence, negotiate valuation and key terms on your behalf, help with securing financing, and guide you through the purchase agreement.
Do you also need help in transitioning and managing the business so you can focus on patient care?
Upon acquisition, we will manage the practice for you including handling the practice transition process like communicating with patients and employees, changing payroll providers, credentialing, vendor management, collections management between pre-acquisition and post-acquisition, etc.
Would you like to co-own the practice with us?
Some dentists feel more comfortable in having us as an equity partner in addition to managing the practice and that works for us. You can have us become as little as 10% equity partner to a maximum of 60% equity partner. The choice is yours.
